Hayton Coulthard Transport has unveiled a striking new livery promoting Route 74 Truckstop at Lesmahagow, featuring the eye-catching slogan ‘Delivering Dinners’ on one of its trailers.
It comes a year after the company acquired the truckstop just off Junction 10 of the M74 from Paterson Quarries, with the lorry park continuing to go from strength to strength, according to HCT managing director Duncan Coulthard.
“I thought the new ‘Delivering Dinners’ marketing slogan would grab people’s attention,” he said.
“Route 74 is performing really well.
“From Monday to Friday, the truckstop is full every night. Sundays have also become a big day for us in the restaurant.
“We welcome people from across the area for Sunday lunch and now serve around 350 roast beef dinners every Sunday.”
Route 74 is a seven-acre site offering 150 parking spaces, conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Junction 10 of the M74.
