Registration is now open for RTX Scotland 2026.

RTX Scotland 2026 returns to the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in Glasgow on 18-19 November 2026, following a successful inaugural event that attracted strong visitor numbers and widespread industry support.

Launched by Road Transport Media as a sister event to the award-winning Road Transport Expo (RTX) at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, RTX Scotland was created to provide road transport and logistics professionals across Scotland with a dedicated exhibition closer to home.

The debut event, held in 2025, proved a strong success, with exhibitors and visitors praising its accessibility, networking opportunities and industry-focused content.

Reflecting on the launch RTX Scotland show director Vic Bunby said: “Last year marked an exciting milestone for us with the launch of RTX Scotland, a brand-new event created to complement Road Transport Expo, which takes place at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire.

“One of the key reasons behind launching RTX Scotland was the challenge many industry professionals faced when travelling from Scotland to Warwickshire. It is a significant journey and, as a result, only a small percentage of visitors to our Stoneleigh event travelled from Scotland.

“We recognised the need to bring the show closer to the Scottish market, and in 2025 RTX Scotland was launched.”

A key factor behind the event’s success was its alignment with the highly regarded Transport News Scottish Rewards, enabling transport professionals to attend both events during the same week.

“We hosted the event at the Scottish Event Campus during the same week as the highly popular Transport News Scottish Rewards,” he said.

“By aligning the two events, we made it easier for industry professionals to attend both without making multiple trips, and the response proved we made the right decision.

“Visitor numbers were strong for a launch event, and feedback from exhibitors and attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Of course, as with any first edition, we identified areas where we could improve, and we have listened carefully. We are committed to refining and enhancing the event to ensure an even better experience for exhibitors and visitors alike.

“As a direct result of feedback from our first event, RTX Scotland 2026 will feature a larger exhibition hall, allowing us to increase exhibitor space and welcome more companies to the show. We have also expanded the event to two full exhibition days, running from 9am to 5pm on both days, giving visitors more time to explore the exhibition and connect with suppliers.

“We’re also increasing our catering and bar areas throughout the venue to create even more opportunities for networking, meetings and business conversations. Listening to our exhibitors and visitors is incredibly important to us, and these enhancements reflect our commitment to continually improving the RTX Scotland experience.

“We are excited about the future of RTX Scotland and look forward to building on this strong foundation together.”

RTX Scotland brings together fleet operators, hauliers, logistics professionals, vehicle manufacturers and industry suppliers, providing a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and discovering the latest products and services shaping the future of road transport.

Registration for RTX Scotland 2026 is now open at RTX Scotland.
