Currie Solutions Group has announced that business owner and investor Joe Wall has made a strategic investment in the business.
As part of the transaction, Joe Wall, who is also MD of Dunfermline-based Cress Co Limited, has acquired a 50% shareholding in the Dumfries-based Currie Solutions Group and will support the business through its next phase of growth and development.
The investment provides additional capital to support and strengthen Currie Solutions Group’s UK and European operations.
The company said Joe Wall brings extensive industry experience and shares its vision for the future.
“His investment reflects confidence in the strength of the business, its people, its customer relationships and its long-term growth prospects,” said the company in a statement.
Joe Wall said: “Currie Solutions Group has built a strong reputation within the transport and logistics sector, supported by a talented team, loyal customers and a solid operational platform.
“I am pleased to get involved and look forward to supporting the business as it continues its next phase of development and growth.”
Both Currie Solutions Group and Cress Co Limited will remain independent of each other.
