The Telford International Centre once again hosted this year’s Professional Recovery Tow Show. Nikki Prince went to the free two-day event in Shropshire is the only trade exhibition in the UK dedicated to the industry and attracts visitors from all over.
Since 2000, the Professional Recovery Tow Show has been held at the Telford International Centre and evolved into the largest trade show of its kind in the UK dedicated to the vehicle recovery industry.
Next year it will be held at the NAEC at Stoneleigh Park on the 1 and 2 October 2025.
Exhibiting the latest designs in vehicle and equipment technology, product innovations and attendance of all the major work providers and key industry suppliers, this is now firmly established as the event in the calendar of the vehicle recovery industry.
The wide array of exhibitors gave visitors the chance to check out familiar industry names, as well as explore new names and check out the ever evolving and innovative products and services on the market.
Outdoors in the Boniface Arena, there were daily vehicle recovery demonstrations. It was a great opportunity for visitors to see how different equipment works in different scenarios, as well as seeing some of the latest technology in action.
This year’s event also included an industry awards dinner. It was a chance to give much deserved recognition to those across the industry and show support for the work they do.
Industry specific shows are invaluable as they offer the resources for businesses to network, develop and grow, which all help to keep our road networks running.
