Motus Vehicle Solutions Buys Aftercare Response

The Motus Group company Motus Vehicle Solutions has acquired the Bevan Group brand Aftercare Response, writes Peter Brown.

The acquisition brings the breakdown assistance, tail-lift maintenance and emergency repairs services of Aftercare Response to Motus Vehicle Solutions’ offering, which covers vehicle conversions, maintenance, tail-lifts, parts supply, and bodybuilding.

Aftercare Response was founded in 2003, named Bevan Aftercare. In 2015 the business was rebranded and became a limited company in 2019. It has expanded to employ more than 65 engineers, who offer a 24/7/365 service, targeting a 90-minute response time. Over the past year, the team has attended more than 13,000 breakdowns and completed 31,000 defect jobs. Aftercare Response will retain its staff and service offering.

Alongside Motus Vehicle Solutions, the Motus Group owns the DAF dealer Motus Commercials and the Mercedes-Benz dealer Motus Truck and Van.
