SNAP has acquired OTRA’s technology platforms, IT infrastructure and a portion of its truck parking network across Europe, which will strengthen its network.
OTRA Solutions provides automated truck parking solutions in Europe, facilitating digital truck parking solutions across Europe with more than 200 truck parks in its network.
By integrating SNAPs existing technology with OTRA’s solutions, SNAP said its digital marketplace will now include over 120 additional truck parking options, as well as improved service functionality.
SNAP added that HGV drivers could now book spaces at more service partners, trucks will have more advanced service opportunities from their portal and truck parking operators would have a wider pool of drivers to maximise their business.

The company said it was business as usual for OTRA’s existing customers and they would not see any disruption to their operations.
