Over several years John Mackenzie has successfully organised the Highland Historic Commercial Vehicle Road Run and 2024 was no exception, writes Ian Lawson.
Quite amazing given the run this year starting in Dingwall via Lairg was to finish in Thurso on the far North Coast of Scotland could still attract entries not only from the other end of Scotland but also a couple from England and even one from Holland.
It was pleasing to note some ‘new’ classics amongst the 80 participants.
