SET IN the idyllic village of Wolsingham in Weardale, Truckfest Northeast enjoyed beautiful weather and there were more than 300 trucks for the visitors who rolled through the gates on both days (4/5 June) to also enjoy fantastic entertainment with Broke FMX and a monster truck head-to-head with Swamp Thing and Slingshot. DAF Trucks, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo Trucks brought their latest wares.
The big winners were Philip Judge International with two awards and Newcastle based Frank Hudson Transport with three, including the coveted Transport News sponsored Best in Show.
