YOU MIGHT expect a haulier which has just celebrated its 50th anniversary with the purchase of a gold liveried tractor unit to be brash, confident, and flash.
That’s not quite the case for Colin Roger, who runs Newton of Forgie, Keith based Ian S Roger Haulage with his brother Graeme. “In my eyes our 50th, which officially came last year, was just another day. Business is business. You work or you want, that’s the way it is,” Colin explained.
“But the vehicle was just something different, something nice to do. That is our one and only celebration!”
