Trane Technologies and its industry-leading Thermo King brand have completed the acquisition of Thermo King Northern, reports Peter Brown.
This is the second acquisition by Trane Technologies following its purchase of Marshall Fleet Solutions 12 months ago.
Based in Carlisle, Cumbria, Thermo King Northern covers Scotland from Glasgow and the north-east of England from Birtley, Co. Durham. “This acquisition takes Thermo King’s leadership in the UK to the next level while reinforcing our commitment to bold growth and exceptional customer support across the region,” said Claudio Zanframundo, president of Thermo King EMEA.
