Palletline will be looking for a new chief executive as Graham Leitch steps up to become the network’s new chair replacing Forsyth Black, writes Peter Brown.

Graham Leitch will take on his new role in July 2026, during which time the network will recruit a new CEO.

Meanwhile Glenn Baker will take on the role of group COO from 1 January 2026 and assume direct leadership of the Palletline Logistics businesses.

Palletline said the reshuffle formed a key part of its five-year plan. Graham Leitch said: “It allows us to combine stability and evolution, ensuring Palletline remains agile, member-focused, and ready for the next phase of growth.

“I’m honoured to take on the role of chair and look forward to working with the board, our members, and the executive team as we continue to deliver our ambitious roadmap.

“I would also like to thank Forsyth for his support and strategic guidance during his tenure as chair. He has been instrumental in the formulation of our five-year plan which has now been endorsed by our shareholders.”
