Police Scotland has confirmed that a 39-year-old man has been charged in connection with a ‘one-vehicle collision’ that resulted in a lorry crashing through a flyover barrier and onto the road below, writes Peter Brown.
The crash took place near the Friarton Bridge on the M90 at Craigend near Perth on 6 May 2025.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
