Aftermarket parts supplier Sampa UK & Ireland said it had secured a £1m funding package to boost its manufacturing capabilities.
The funding from HSBC UK will be used to expand its fleet of same day delivery vans, enhance delivery options, and invest in its logistics and distribution network.
Sampa said it plans to extend into the Midlands, Sheffield, Scotland and Dublin and it should create 100 jobs across a range of roles. The HSBC UK funding will also support the development of new product lines, helping it strengthen its position in the commercial vehicle parts sector.
Kemal Kahraman, MD at Sampa UK & Ireland, said: “The investment will allow us to strengthen our operations, expand our presence in the UK and Ireland, and create new employment opportunities.”
