In the arena MC Mikey Faulkner kicked things off with the Gladiators Dynamite and Steel, followed by Tony Dixon and Swamp Thing and then Broke FMX.
Stan from the Professional Recovery Drivers Club gave an impassioned talk about roadside recovery and advocated his ‘move over’ campaign to allow more space for roadside workers.
For the Industry Parade, the Renault Trucks dealership Diamond Trucks made their debut at Truckfest North West with the C and T ranges in the arena; DAF Trucks brought in their XG and XG+ while Thomas Hardie Commercials introduced the new Volvo Aero and standard FH products to the arena.
