In the second part of Stevie Walker’s Greek odyssey, he puts the Volvo FM 500 and the behemoth FH 780 through their paces.
The co-director of Lochmaben Transport, and resident Transport News vehicle appraisal and roadtester, was eager to see what both trucks had to offer.
In the previous issue (September 2024), he had reviewed the Volvo Electric and turbo compound Aero models skirting the beautiful Greek coastline near Thessaloniki.
“Impressive as these models were,” he reported, “I saved the best to last as the second part of the story sees me piloting the FH 780 Aero and its little sidekick FM 500.”
