Registered charity Globe Truckers UK wants to take to the road to increase the support it offers stricken HGV drivers.
One of the founders Andy Tustian talks to David Craik about the work it does, how it is funded and plans for the future with its own money-raising fleet.
Andy explained: “We are looking for some backing, from private investors, to get it up and running. It costs a lot of money to get vehicles on the road and we don’t want to use any money from the charity pot.”
