The NWH Group has confirmed the official appointment of Gavin Money as managing director, writes Peter Brown.
Gavin joined the NWH Group in September 2023 as the chief operating officer, and following the untimely passing of chief executive officer Mark Williams in October 2023 assumed the role of CEO.
The company said Gavin provided ‘steadfast support to the family and our company during challenging times’ and that ‘his leadership during this period reflects his dedication and serves as a testament to the late CEO’s keen eye for talent recruitment and development’.
Gavin Money stated: “I am honoured to lead The NWH Group as managing director and I am committed to advancing our mission of delivering exceptional waste management solutions while driving sustainable growth. Together with our dedicated team, we will continue to innovate and exceed expectations in service delivery.”
He joined the NWH Group from Biffa, with an extensive background in waste management and recycling, and having held numerous senior executive positions across diverse industry sectors.
