Wincanton has expanded its Scottish operations after securing a 15-year lease for a new distribution centre in Bellshill – one of the country’s largest industrial transactions in the past year, writes Chris Tindall.
The 126,920sqft unit at Belgrave Logistics Park, in the heart of Scotland’s ‘golden triangle’ is the largest letting of a speculative new build since 2018 for the Greater Glasgow market.
The distribution centre is six miles from Wincanton’s Motherwell hub, which it launched in April last year, and it said it would cater to the demands of its expanding client base.
