Food distribution company Hayden Chilled has presented a petition in court for a liquidator to be appointed to wind the business up.
The company, which holds a standard international operator licence for 29 HGVs and 40 trailers running out of bases in Cleland, Annan and Motherwell, as well as an operating centre in Carlisle, lodged the application in Dumfries Sheriff Court on 8 March.
It is understood insolvency practitioners Azets Holdings were appointed a few days later
