A second multi-million-pound investment in new trucks and trailers just 12 months apart demonstrates the ongoing commitment for high-tech rolling stock at McLanachan Transport, writes Kevin Swallow. TWELVE months ago, the first three trucks of a £2.5m fleet investment made by Glasgow based McLanachan Transport went into service (TN, June 2022).
At the time, managing director Damian McLanachan revealed the deal was for 10 new trucks from Scania and 10 new refrigerated trailers from Gray & Adams with refrigeration units from Thermo King.
