Driver Care Now Part Of Iveco Uptime Support

ENSURING a vehicle’s uptime is a priority for any truck dealer network and Iveco Topcare goes one step further by also taking care of the driver, by offering a full-service hospitality package in case of a severe failure that requires more time to resolve.
This is the latest step in the brand’s driver-centric revolution, which started with the launch of the Iveco S-Way in 2019 and harnesses its advanced connectivity to make a perfect ‘travelling companion’ for the driver.

Should the vehicle experience unpredicted workshop maintenance during its journey, the control room will assign the vehicle priority to resolve the concern.
If the repair takes longer than expected and the driver is far from home, Iveco Topcare provides them with a hospitality package to take care of their basic needs including; meals, hotel accommodation, transfers and parking as needed.
