Following a record year globally for Volvo Trucks in 2022, UK registrations data released by the SMMT show that Volvo registered 5,906 medium and heavy-duty trucks.
The registrations place Volvo second in the UK truck market above 6.0 tonnes, with a 14.5% share, up 18.1% versus 2021.
Christian Coolsaet, MD of Volvo Trucks UK & Ireland, said: “It’s been an incredible year for product demand, when you consider supply chain shortages. Demand for our most fuel-efficient FH with I-Save range has never been greater.”
