THERE IS no other light CV/light truck like it on the market, spanning the 3.5 tonne gross vehicle weight (GVW) to 7.2 tonne GVW range with a semi-forward control cab – the layout favoured by European van manufacturers – and a full set of body options from van to crew cab.
Iveco Daily has been a story of continuous improvement, with each successive model bringing more features and better engines and transmissions.
The manufacturer may have unveiled the battery electric and hydrogen fuel cell electric versions which will be heading to the UK around March 2023 (see sidebar) but for the next few years diesel powered models are likely to dominate sales.
