DAF Trucks has commenced dedicated Electric Vehicle (EV) product training for its network based DAF dealer technicians, in anticipation of new deliveries of right-hand-drive LF and CF electric vehicles for UK customers.
The training is being delivered at the DAF Academy based at the UK head office in Haddenham. It forms part of a programme of activities to prepare the DAF dealer network for the uptake of EVs, with significant investment in tooling and charging infrastructure, as well as training.
DAF EV product training includes in-depth EV maintenance and diagnosis procedures specific to the DAF range. LF and CF Electric models are available now in full UK specification.
