MOTUS Commercials has launched a new recruitment concept aimed at attracting new talent into its workshops. The Service and Maintenance Technician Programme has been developed specially for those with no technical knowledge or experience to join the two-year internal course, the first stepping stone for a career with Motus.
Employees will hit the ground running in one of Motus Commercials’ workshops, receiving on the job training whilst earning the standard living wage. Successful completion of the course will provide a Level 1 Commercial Vehicle Technician status and the opportunity for further education.
