Hampden Electrified

AN EERILY quiet east end of an empty Hampden Park, wasn’t made any louder with the arrival of a selection of the latest Fiat 3.5 tonne panel vans, since they boasted electric power!
Local, Govan based dealer Motus Commercials used the National Stadium to present the new Ducato range to a selection of high profile van users from the NHS and various local authorities and Motus Fiat Glasgow sales manager Andrew Halliday and his team were on hand to offer a walk round tour of the vans in this most unusual of surroundings.
The line-up was impressive, headed by the powerful, five battery (79kW) eDucato medium wheelbase high roof version in the livery of NHS Glasgow & Clyde. It had a maximum payload of 820kg.
