Owner, Ronald Davidson, plans his fleet renewal programmes carefully. Earlier this year, prior to the retirement of Sam Barrack, the sales development manager at Norscot Truck & Van, Ronald placed an order for four DAF XF tractor units. “I decided to stick with the tried and trusted, current model XF for our 2021 and 2022 fleet replacements. That’ll give the new XF and XG trucks time to prove themselves before we order them,” he reports.
