IN YET another indication that the world, or at least the UK, is getting back to normal and a regular calendar of industry events is quickly moving into place, Transport News can happily report that nominations for the various categories in both Northern Rewards (Harrogate, 1 October) and Scottish Rewards (Glasgow, 3 December) are now arriving at the East Kilbride office, by post, fax, email or online via the TN Website, in numbers resembling the heady, pre-pandemic days of 2020.
Editor Kevin Swallow said: “Now is the time to consider nominations, but remember ‘last minute’ closing date for Harrogate submissions is 13th September. Readers have a bit more time for Scottish Rewards nominations. Deadline here is 6th October.”
