TIP-EX & TANK-EX is back with a live event happening from 30 September to 2 October! Organiser Road Transport Media says it has been working tirelessly to ensure a safe return which delivers the biggest, busiest event to date, with a host of parallel activities planned!
“Whether you’re in charge of two or 200 trucks, your role as a transport manager is vital for the safe, efficient and legal operation of your employer’s fleet,” said TN editor Kevin Swallow.
“Knowledge is key, and keeping abreast of the latest vehicle and industry-wide regulations can be a full-time job in itself. That’s why we’re launching a brand-new Transport Manager Briefing, taking place on Thursday 30 September.
“Free to attend, this half-day event will be packed with the latest need-to-know guidance and keeping on the right side of the Traffic Commissioner.”
Also, the inaugural Transport News Northern Rewards champagne breakfast will be held on Friday 1 October, alongside Tip-Ex Tank-Ex at the Royal Hall, Harrogate.
These prestigious rewards will recognise and celebrate the achievements of road haulage related companies and individuals, based in the geographical areas stretching from the Scottish Borders down to the south side of the M62 corridor.
“The list of categories is shown on page 56 and loads of nominations have already arrived,” confirmed Kevin.
In addition, Saturday in Harrogate is dedicated to tipper and tanker drivers and their families. There will be a host of exciting activities to take part in Drivers Day.
