By planning ahead, express, groupage and pallet services specialist OSE European has taken advantage of a post-Brexit environment to boost profit, writes David Craik.
PREPARATION is the key to success in all aspects of life. From researching the weaknesses of your opponent’s goalkeeper to learning the key moves for your company’s annual Flamenco dancing competition, it is vital to think and plan ahead.
Gateshead based logistics group OSE European is benefiting from its preparation ahead of something slightly more complex – Brexit.
Since the departure of the UK from the European Union at the end of 2020 the group, which focuses on express, groupage and pallet services, has recorded a record breaking 6% growth in European volumes each month.
Overall since February group revenues have surged 25% with the main driver being European work.
