GREGORY Distribution has acquired Pollock (Holding) and its subsidiaries for an undisclosed sum.
The subsidiaries include Pollock (Scotrans) and Pollock Express, businesses that are based in Bathgate, West Lothian.
John Gregory, chief executive of Gregory Distribution, said ‘Pollock is one of Scotland’s best known brands and like Gregory, is a private family owned business with a strong reputation for customer service’.
Pollock operates 150 vehicles and employs more than 200 people. It will now operate alongside Gregory Distribution, ARR Craib and its joint venture agreement with Hayton Coulthard.
