TAILGATE PALLET DANGERS

Truck driver Petru Pop was crushed to death by a pallet weighing the best part of 1.5 tonnes that fell off a tail lift. His employer was fined in connection with his death, but could the HSE do more to ensure another similar tail-lift incident does not occur by introducing legislation to limit the weight on a pallet.
