PANTHER Logistics has been acquired by US based AIT Worldwide Logistics, following a year in which Panther says it has seen an exponential increase in online shopping leading to an expanded team as well as several new partnerships with customers.
Panther introduced a next day two-man delivery service 10 years ago, revolutionising the home delivery marketplace.
AIT Worldwide Logistics claims a ‘significant presence’ in the US in the home delivery and e-fulfilment sectors.
