GOODYEAR reports that its 24/7 commercial vehicle tyres support network, TruckForce, has reduced the average downtime of customers requiring urgent roadside assistance by three minutes, ‘saving over 2,600 hours throughout 2019,’ maintaining an ‘industry leading’ back on the road time of under 120 minutes. In addition, more than 27,500 non urgent jobs were also completed by TruckForce technicians.
