PAST regional chairman of Road Haulage Association Scotland, William ‘Billy’ Stirling, sadly passed away on 23 August.
He was a huge supporter of the RHA and his company, Peter D Stirling, is one of the longest serving members of the association, with membership number 33.
The well attended funeral was held in Kirkintilloch on 5 September.
